REO Asset Management:
Citivest works closely with real estate agents, attorneys, appraisers, title companies, HOAs and vendors to ensure all aspects of the REO asset management process are completed expeditiously and efficiently. We provide clients with complete online visibility of asset statuses. We provide a robust web based platform to facilitate communication between broker, asset manager, title and client. We have built an extensive nationwide real estate agent network made up of experienced REO brokers. Our brokers are expected to attend virtual training, provide proof of state license and E&O liability insurance, and work within our online platform. We require marketing plans and selling strategies for each asset, inspections, copies of marketing materials, etc. Robust reporting at loan level, monthly, and quarterly intervals is available to all clients.
A full range of services, from pre-market to sale and closing
- Pre-listing Services include broker assignment with vacancy confirmation, securitization and winterization, repair assessment and HOA verification. We will provide valuation reports and a complete marketing plan. Cash-for-keys programs provided as needed.
- Eviction Services include initiating an eviction referral while monitoring and managing all communications. Cash-for-keys programs formulated as needed. We evaluate CFK vs. Eviction/Marketing and coordinate personal property eviction if required. We will negotiate with tenants, arrange for tenant purchase and market occupied property.
- Our Marketing REO Services include property listing, monthly marketing reporting, analyze list price reductions, offer management and acceptance and execution of contract.
