Terri Braden – Assistant Controller

Terri has been a part of the Citivest team for ten years. Her role in the accounting department consists of several duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and reconciling all credit card accounts. She works closely with the senior controller to facilitate month end financials. Terri also assists with the payroll department to expedite processing time. In addition, she is proficient in both Yardi and QuickBooks software programs.
