Kathy Haynes – Project Manager

Kathy Haynes joined Citivest, Inc. in 2006. Kathy initially headed the Investor Relations division and her background with Interior and Architectural design firms led to her involvement in Citivest’s construction department. Kathy’s duties include design, project management, and client relations. In 2015, Citivest started OC Vacation Properties (“OCVP”), which owns and operates short term vacation rental homes. Kathy oversees OCVP and her duties are broad, including design, construction renovation, purchasing and home set-up, and day-to-day management of the short term rentals. Kathy also consults with clients who need design and construction renovation assistance.
