Jeff Peterson – Senior Project Manager

Jeff Peterson is responsible for assisting on all project tasks. His key roles involve financial assessment of future projects and assisting with the financial management of existing Citivest assets. Mr. Peterson has a diverse background in the stages of real estate development ranging from product inception and refinement to property stabilization. He began his career with American Senior Living, Inc. where he worked in the development and property management of senior affordable apartment communities. His background also includes experience with project entitlements for apartment and condominium communities. Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Chapman University in Orange, California. He has also completed the Light Construction and Development Management Program offered through UC Irvine.
