Brooke McCullough

Mrs. McCullough has been in the mortgage industry for over 13 years. She started in the mortgage business with GMAC Mortgage and has since worked with clients such as Fannie Mae and a number of smaller institutions. She has experience in loan servicing, REO asset management and portfolio management and has sold millions of dollars in bank owned real estate. Over her years in REO management she has built an extensive nationwide network of distribution channels which include real estate agents, investors, closing agents and contractors. Currently Brooke is focusing on building and managing Citivest’s NPL portfolio management, REO portfolio management as well as facilitating NPL trades. Mrs. McCullough holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal State University, Chico.
